Partner Day is Havas Media’s annual gathering for key media and technology partners—an opportunity to share updates, strengthen relationships, and reinforce the value of long-term collaboration.
For 2025, the event was hosted at Havas Media’s New York office, transforming a full floor into a dedicated, branded environment designed to feel intentional, warm, and distinctly Havas.

Design played a central role in shaping how partners experienced the day—from first arrival through the final conversations.
The creative direction for Partner Day 2025 was grounded in a single idea: speed. With a full agenda and a high volume of content to share, the environment needed to feel energetic, efficient, and easy to navigate—helping partners move through the space quickly while still feeling welcomed and considered.
I led the creative direction and visual system for the event, developing a bespoke Partner Day identity and translating it across the entire space. The goal was to create an environment that felt polished but fast-moving, informative without being overwhelming, and cohesive across every physical touchpoint.
The experience extended across a full floor and included:
• Custom Partner Day logo and visual system
• Environmental branding across the event space
• Column wraps and window graphics
• Wayfinding and signage
• Menus, printed materials, and tabletop details
Each element was designed to work as part of a unified system—reinforcing the event narrative while allowing the content and conversations to remain the focus.

The final environment created a clear sense of arrival and purpose—helping partners feel welcomed, informed, and valued.
By treating Partner Day as a branded experience rather than a standard internal event, the space supported stronger engagement, smoother flow throughout the day, and a more memorable impression of Havas Media’s approach to partnership.
